Managing your Subscription on UpgradeChat

1. Go to: https://upgrade.chat/profile

2. Sign in using Discord!

   1. If you land on another page, follow these two steps:

      • Click your discord profile picture on the top right of the page

      • Click "My Profile" as shown below

3. From here, you can view your active and/or canceled subscriptions

4. Click the blue wheel to the right of your subscription

5. This will provide you with 4 drop down options: Copy ID, Manage, Cancel, Claim

   1. Copy ID: Ignore this

   2. Manage: This will allow you to manage your payment method (i.e. changing your card info)

   3. Cancel: As the name suggests, click this to cancel your subscription

   4. Claim: If you leave the discord server and come back, click this to reclaim your Premium
